The mall was about 25 minutes away when I was a kid. Had 2 record stores and, between them, they had a fairly awesome selection of odds and ends attractive to a musical weirdo like myself. The internet has definitely made it 1000% percent easier to find the obscure stuff, but I really miss those record stores, and the thrill of the hunt......
