All I know is, I work with a couple dozen doctors, and I haven't seen ANY of them wearing pork pie hats, skinny ties or wraparound shades. Actually, the only person dorky enough to wear a pork pie hat wear I work is me and, as we all know, I only play a doctor on TV. So, the identity of SKA MD remains a mystery.....
